So…peeps creep me out a piddling bit. I don't know why, and I know it's non rational. I mean, what'south not to love about sugar covered marshmallows? Nonetheless…ew. I just don't like the trivial suckers.

But my kids do! And I'll admit, they are kinda cute. Especially on superlative of a piffling saccharide cookie:

I made these Peeps cookies using my Cheater Sugar Cookie recipe, which calls for a Vanilla cake mix. Using a block mix means these cookies come together super fast with no chilling, rolling, or cutting required.
